Starting out as one agent and growing her Team to add four license real estate professionals. Why hire a Team versus a single agent?

Missy Stagers focuses her time meeting with sellers to list property, negotiating contracts, calling sellers with updated information on the market, prospecting for new and past business and fixing any problems that may occur in the day to day activity. The other tasks are completed by the other members of the team.

Each individual on our team is dedicated to performing their specialize duties. This allows for us to run efficiently and to the best of our abilities. Office hours are from 8:30am to 6pm ensuring that our clients feel taken care of every step of the way. Answering our clients’ questions right away helps breath easier; instead of being on the edge waiting for one individual to make that phone call back to them.

All four licensed real estate professional members of our Team in the office allows all incoming buyer calls on your home to be received and replied to quickly. In our society with the internet buyers want the information instantaneously and are able to get it. We as a team are able to give them that gratification before having to download the information. They are about to come straight to the source.

Missy is involved as a board member on the MLS committee, sits on the board of directors for San Antonio Board of Realtors, is a board member of the Northwest Business Council for San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and is 2009 President of membership for Women's Council of Realtors, San Antonio chapter. Missy also volunteers and supports charity missions and has volunteered in Honduras and Moldova.
